Hello Christ's Church family and friends, On Sunday March 4th we are beginning a New Believer's Class.  If you are a new believer or just have questions about what it means to follow Christ, this class is for you!   This class will meet in the Worship Center Conference Room at 9:00 a.m. Also note that we will be having a Bake Sale to benefit our Summer VBS in the Ed Center at the Coffee Bar Sunday.  Come by and support our VBS! Sunday morning in our 10:00 a.m. Worship Service, I am going to be continuing from last Sunday as we continue to be challenged with the reality that Faith requiring us to take risks!  If you were not here last Sunday, you might want to download and listen to last Sunday's message here.  This Sunday I have titled my sermon "Seizing Opportunities" and the Holy Spirit has given me some really interesting insight that I am excited to share. Dear Christ's Church family and friends, This Sunday morning I am going to be sharing a message I have titled Faith Demands Risk!   God has been dealing with my heart regarding our journey to become people of INFLUENCE and I believe this message will challenge us to keep on pursuing everything God has for us. Remember that this Sunday is the GO! Galveston Outreach.  There will be a short meeting after the morning service for those attending.   And remember that there is no evening service this Sunday. We are winding down this semester of Small Group Bible Studies.   Next semester starts in March so please note that if you do plan on attending the Financial Peace University class which is meeting in the Worship Center, you must sign up so that we can order materials.  The cost for the class is $93.00 per family.  If you have previously attended the FPU you can attend these classes at no additional cost.  You can sign up on line at www.myccag.com or at the Welcome Center in the Foyer.
