CCNEWS 7-14-13

Hello Christ's Church family and friends, This Sunday we are continuing our series on Pursuing God through Prayer with the second teaching which I have titled "Praying To Our Magnificent God!"   I am exciting to see how God is stirring His people toward PRAYER! Sunday afternoon Mpact Girls and Royal Rangers will be meeting at 4:30 p.m.   Come out for this great time of fun and discipleship for children. Sunday evening the Ladies will be gathering for a time of fellowship beginning at 6:00 p.m.   If you need childcare for this time, please sign up in advance so we can have enough workers available! $1ü  Tuesday morning our Ladies Bible Study will be meeting at 10:00 a.m.   Ladies come on out and enjoy a time of studying God's Word!  $1ü  Tuesday evening we will be gathering for SUMMER SCHOOL OF PRAYER at 7:00 p.m.  Come out and join us as we pray! Wednesday evening we will be gathering for Small Group Bible Studies.  We have classes for all ages.  If you are not involved, I want to encourage you to come out and be a part of these fun and interesting classes. Hello Christ's Church Family and Friends, This Sunday in our morning service, I am going to begin a series on Prayer with the first message I have titled "Why Pray?"   It is going to be a GREAT day in the house of the Lord and I look forward to seeing you there! Sunday afternoon Mpact Girls and Royal Rangers will be meeting at 4:30 p.m.   Come out for this great time of fun and discipleship for children. Hello Christ's Church family and friends, This Sunday we have so many exciting things coming our way.   I am looking forward to being in the House of the Lord with you to worship our King! First I want to remind you that we are baptizing people in water this Sunday.   We have several who have signed up already.  If you want to be added to that list, please respond to this email and let us know.  I love water baptism services and the celebration of new life!  For those who are being baptized in water, remember to come in the clothes you are being baptized in, and to bring a change of clothes and towel. In the 10:00 a.m. service, I will be sharing a message to challenge us as we enter our 40 days of Prayer, Fasting and Seeking God.   I have titled this message "Read, Fast, Pray and Seek!"   We begin our 40 days of Seeking on February 13th.  I want to encourage you to seek God and ask Him how you should participate in this important time.
